Job Description

We’re looking for a freelance UGC video creator to film short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts on an ongoing, per-video basis. You film, we handle the rest. No editing, no post-production — just get paid to film videos for our brand.

This is a strong fit for an on-camera talent, an established UGC creator, or anyone looking to monetize their presence and creativity on a flexible schedule. You’re free to work with other clients — there’s no exclusivity requirement and no set hours.

Requirements

- Experience as a UGC creator or on-camera talent — a portfolio, active social account, or video samples are required to apply.

- Strong on-camera presence — you’re comfortable, natural, and engaging in front of the lens.

- Instinct for hook-based content — you understand what stops the scroll in the first two seconds.

- Ability to execute a creative brief with minimal hand-holding.

- Reliable turnaround and clear communication throughout each project.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Filming hook-based UGC video content (up to 20 seconds) for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts based on creative briefs we provide.

- Delivering raw video on time and to spec — no editing involved on your end.

- Bringing energy, presence, and natural delivery to every shoot.

- Open to direction and quick revisions when needed.

Compensation

Competitive rate paid per video, based on experience and scope. Details discussed during the interview process.

Pay: $400.00 - $800.00 per month.

Work Location: Remote.
