Job Description

We are seeking a creative, energetic Seasonal Marketing Assistant to elevate our brand across social media platforms. You will travel to our various locations to capture dynamic photos and videos, produce engaging Reels and posts, and schedule content in advance. This role offers high flexibility with a focus on capturing peak evening and weekend activation. Expected duration of employment is between June and end of August. This role is non-exempt, estimated to be about 15-20 hours a week and is not eligible for benefits.

Key Responsibilities and Core Competencies

• Travel to all company locations (Milwaukee area and Grafton) to capture high-quality visual content.
• Shoot, edit, and produce engaging Instagram Reels, TikToks, and static posts.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice, aesthetic, and visual identity.
• Plan and schedule a comprehensive content calendar at least two weeks in advance.
• Attend weekly in-office alignment meetings for up to 4 hours to sync with the marketing team.
• Monitor social media trends, audio tracks, and formats to keep content relevant.

Education and Professional Requirements

• Reliable personal vehicle for travel between various job locations.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Active, up-to-date auto insurance coverage.
• Mileage reimbursement for travel between company locations.
• Camera will be provided by Marketing Director.
• Personal cell phone use may be needed. $75/month phone stipend available.
• Proven experience creating short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
• Proficiency with mobile editing apps (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Lightroom).
• Ability to work highly flexible hours, specifically evenings and weekends.
• Strong organizational skills to manage scheduling platforms.
• Knowledge of photography and video editing software is a plus.
• Independent and creative thinking is required.
• A passion for the restaurant and hospitality industry is a bonus.
• High School Diploma required, College degree in journalism, communication or graphic design is preferred.

• Must be able to stand, walk up and down stairs, and be able to be in outdoor areas at times.

• Hands-on portfolio building and professional marketing experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.

Compensation and Work Location

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
