Job Description

This is a remote position for a Senior Python Developer who will take on a leadership role in mentoring junior developers while maintaining high-quality coding standards. The candidate will serve as a key technical anchor, guiding the team in best practices and contributing to the development of AI-powered backend systems within an agile environment.

Requirements

• Strong Python development skills with professional production experience;
• Proficient with Git and modern version control workflows (branching, PR review, etc.);
• Solid understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);
• Demonstrated experience in pair programming and mentoring junior developers;
• Ability to define, communicate, and enforce coding standards: refactoring, Clean Code principles;
• Sound understanding of unit testing, test coverage, and test-driven practices;
• English proficiency at B2 level or above;

Nice to Have

• Experience developing or contributing to agentic AI applications (LangChain, LangGraph, or similar);
• Familiarity with LLM API integration in Python backends;
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
