We are seeking a Real Estate Photographer based in or near Greensboro, NC to capture high-quality property images for listings, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns for one of the leading full service, local property management companies. The ideal candidate is creative, reliable, and comfortable working independently while delivering great results. The role will involve collaborating with clients to understand each property’s unique selling points and creative direction, capturing interior and exterior photography across a range of residential and commercial properties, and applying professional camera, lighting, and composition techniques suited to real estate environments. Images must be delivered in a timely manner for use in listings and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in photography, ideally with a real estate or architectural portfolio, proficiency in photo editing software such as Lightroom or Photoshop, and a strong understanding of lighting, framing, and composition. Experience with professional camera equipment and wide-angle or tilt-shift lenses is a plus.
