Job Description

We are looking for a highly creative, driven YouTube-first content creator to help us build one of the most respected professional salon-focused hair care brands in the country. This is NOT a typical corporate social media job. We are focused on building a salon-first professional hair care brand centered around:

• stylist authority
• salon exclusivity
• professional education
• helping serious stylists grow more profitable businesses

We already have real products, real salon relationships, real distribution, real customers, and a growing team. Now we are just looking for the right creative partner to help us tell the story correctly online.

Requirements

You will help us create:

• YouTube shorts
• YouTube videos
• Instagram Reels
• Educational Salon Content
• Stylist spotlight videos
• Founder/story driven videos
• behind the scene brand content

You will:

• shoot content
• edit videos
• package videos for YouTube
• create thumbnails
• organize content calendars
• help structure shoots
• help turn ideas into compelling content people actually watch

You must understand pacing, hooks, audience attention, storytelling, and how to make educational content engaging. “GOOD” YouTube content is very different from basic corporate marketing videos.

Compensation

This role will begin part-time/hourly. Compensation will depend on experience, portfolio quality, creative ability, YouTube understanding, and production skill. There is strong long-term upside for the right person as the brand grows.

We are based in Tupelo, Mississippi. Applicants may be:

• Remote with the ability to travel for shoot days

Pay

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
