Job Description
This role requires a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in leading and delivering large-scale projects within an Agile environment. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of enterprise-wide systems and the ability to implement complex and scalable solutions.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 15+ years of software engineering experience.
- Proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale projects involving complex, scalable, and high-performing enterprise-wide systems in an Agile environment.
- In-depth knowledge of IBM I (AS/400), communication protocols (FTP, SFTP), and Apache HTTP.
- Languages required: all IBM I (RPG, CL, DDS, SQL), JavaScript.
- Proven track record of adopting technology guidelines and emerging technologies in teams.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with retail business systems is preferred.
- Experience with JDA MMS and financial systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of Profound UI would be extremely helpful.
