Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically strong Windows QA Engineer with 5-8 years of experience and hands-on experience in IT systems, endpoint management, and Windows environments. This role blends quality assurance with IT support expertise, ensuring reliability, performance, and usability across Windows-based systems and infrastructure.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 3–6+ years of experience in QA Engineering with strong Windows ecosystem exposure.
• Hands-on experience building OS deployment images and task sequences for Windows 10/11 and Windows Server.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune or similar endpoint/device management platforms.
• Strong knowledge of software packaging, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience working with virtual machines and virtualization platforms.
• Practical experience with Hyper-V installation, configuration, and support.
• Background in IT Helpdesk or Desktop Support environments.
• Solid understanding of file systems, permissions, and enterprise file management.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Background:

• Experience with test automation tools or scripting (PowerShell preferred).
• Familiarity with Azure-based environments and cloud-managed endpoints.
• Exposure to security practices, patching, and vulnerability validation.
• Experience in enterprise IT environments supporting multiple users/endpoints.
• Background in Windows deployment processes.
• Knowledge in Endpoint Management (Intune).
