Job Description

This is a remote position for the role of Marketing Assistant, working part-time (21 hours per week) with a salary range of PHP 40,000 to PHP 45,000 per month.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support the day-to-day marketing activities of the business across digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone with experience supporting Australian or international clients, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple marketing tasks independently. You will assist with social media management, content creation, website updates, reporting, and general marketing coordination.

The position is part-time, working 21 hours per week across 3 days, aligned with Australian business hours.

Work Schedule: 3 Days Per Week | 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM Brisbane Time (30-minute lunch break) | Flexible days between Monday to Friday.

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For:

• 2–4+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience supporting Australian or international clients is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a remote environment.
• Creative mindset with a proactive and positive attitude.

Additional Information

What You’ll Do:

• Digital Marketing & Social Media Support:
• Write, schedule, and manage organic social media content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.
• Increase engagement through commenting, sharing, and interaction across relevant pages and communities.
• Create graphics and visual content using Canva.
• Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns and tracking performance metrics.
• Content & Copywriting:
• Write social media captions, e-newsletters, and basic blog content.
• Proofread and edit marketing materials.
• Support the preparation of marketing presentations and promotional content.
• Website & Content Management:
• Update website content including product uploads, image resizing, page linking, and redirects.
• Assist with SEO-focused blog writing and website improvements.
• Administration & Coordination:
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Prepare monthly marketing reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support marketing initiatives.
