Live Streaming Videographer/Producer for Interactive “Live Date” Concept Test (NYC, Wed 4–8pm)

Videographer is needed in New York, United States.

We are testing a new interactive live-streaming dating concept and need an experienced videographer/streaming producer to manage the full end‑to‑end flow for a single live “date” session. The session will be split into 1 minute 30 second segments, with a short public vote at the end of each segment. We want to stream to a limited test audience using your existing streaming channel/profile.

This is a one-off test initially, with potential for ongoing work if the concept performs well.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:

Pre‑session setup (approx. 4–4:30pm)

Advising on best camera and audio setup for a small in‑person date

Setting up your streaming software and overlays (if needed)

Ensuring stable connection and latency suitable for quick polls/votes

Live session production (approx. 4:30–8pm)

Filming the date (single or multi‑cam if you have it)

Managing the live stream, including start/stop, scene switching, and audio levels

Running the session in predefined 1:30 segments

Triggering or coordinating a public vote at the end of each segment (we can provide the logic/UI, but you must integrate or operate it during the stream)

Monitoring chat, basic moderation, and flagging any technical or safety issues in real time

Post‑session wrap‑up

Providing a high‑quality recording of the full stream (and ideally the segments)

Sharing basic metrics (viewers, engagement, votes, drop‑off points, etc., if available from your platform)

A short debrief call/message on what worked and what didn’t

Streaming Requirements
You must have your own streaming channel/profile with the ability to:

Host a live stream to a limited/controlled audience (unlisted/private link or equivalent)

Allow some form of viewer interaction or voting (native polls or simple integration)

Platforms we can work with include: Twitch, YouTube Live, Kick, Vimeo, or similar.

Stable internet connection and reliable encoding setup (hardware or software encoder).

Tech & Experience
We’re looking for someone with:

Proven experience in live streaming and event videography (please include links to past streams or live events).

Familiarity with OBS, Streamlabs, vMix, or similar live production tools.

Ability to handle both video and audio capture (mics, levels, monitoring) in a small in‑person environment.

Comfort managing simple interactive elements (polls/voting) during a live stream.

Professional, discreet attitude — this involves real people on a date and must be handled sensitively.

Timing & Location
Date: This Wednesday (exact date to be confirmed in chat).

Time: On site and available from 4:00pm to 8:00pm local time.

Location: New York City (please specify which boroughs you can easily reach).

You must be physically present to film; this is not a remote‑only role.

Deliverables
Live stream successfully hosted on your channel to a limited audience for the full 4pm–8pm window (including setup and buffer).

Recording file(s) of the entire session in at least 1080p, plus any segment separations if possible.

Basic viewer and engagement stats (screenshots or exports from your platform).

Budget
Please propose a fixed price for the 4‑hour block (including pre‑setup and post‑wrap), plus any equipment rental costs if applicable.
