Responsibilities
- Maintain, reconcile, and ensure the integrity of data related to holding company life cycles (funding, mergers, exits), applying robust data control standards and promptly escalating issues.
- Maintain accurate and timely legal structure charts with strict version control, coordinating structural changes and fund flows with internal and third-party stakeholders.
- Support accurate and controlled governance reporting and monitor critical reporting and compliance deadlines.
- Provide timely support to deal teams and business operations, contribute to operational efficiency and control effectiveness, and support continuous process improvement and automation initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience with control-oriented datasets (e.g., reconciliations, financial data).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the MS Office suite.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines, accurately handle data in a control-focused environment, and maintain exceptional attention to detail.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in financial services, fund administration, governance, or similar operational roles.
- Understanding of basic accounting concepts.
- Involvement in process improvement or automation initiatives.
- Knowledge of investment structures, governance frameworks, and corporate documentation.
- Collaborative team player, highly organized, and reliable.
- Proactive approach to seeking clarification and anticipating issues.
- Adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced international environment.
- Possesses sound judgment and maintains confidentiality.
- Proficiency in languages other than English is a plus.
