Job Description

Motava is a digital marketing agency looking for a mid-level or seasoned web designer, graphic designer, or UI & UX designer. This position can be part-time, freelance, or contract-based, and is available for remote applicants with flexible work hours. The role involves designing for various digital marketing clients, including new website designs, webpages, illustrations, UX/UI design, email templates, and additional graphic needs. You will collaborate closely with other team members and handle multiple projects simultaneously, requiring strong time management and self-motivation skills.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in a related role, with a focus on web design.
• Proficiency: Intermediate to expert proficiency with Figma.
• Language: English fluency required.
• Technical Skills: Basic understanding of HTML and web standards, intermediate to expert proficiency with email marketing platforms like MailChimp or MailerLite.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Research Skills: Enthusiasm for learning new topics.
• Work Style: Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required.

Other Information
