Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled User Experience (UX) Design Contractor to support the modernization of internal business tools and employee-facing platforms. This role focuses on replacing legacy systems with modern, scalable, and user-centered solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with UX, Product Management, and Engineering teams to design intuitive workflows and development-ready interfaces aligned with enterprise standards and accessibility best practices.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in:
• User Experience (UX) Design
• User Interface (UI) Design
• Product Design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating:
• End-to-end UX processes
• Enterprise or complex application design
• Experience with:
• Figma
• Design systems
• Prototyping tools
• Proven ability to deliver:
• Development-ready designs
• Detailed interaction specifications
• Experience working in Agile environments alongside engineering teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing:
• Internal business tools
• Employee-facing platforms
• Operations or service applications
• Experience with:
• Microsoft Dynamics / Dynamics 365
• Legacy system modernization projects
• Understanding of:
• Accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Enterprise UX best practices
• Experience in regulated industries such as:
• Financial services
• Healthcare
• Insurance

Tools & Technologies

• Figma
• Microsoft Dynamics (preferred)
• Azure DevOps / Jira
• Microsoft Teams & Microsoft 365

Compensation & Work Location

Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour
