UX Designer is needed in Ireland.

We are seeking an experienced UX/UI designer or conversion-focused web design contractor to help redesign and optimize our existing website and customer journey for Empowerment & Elevation, a digital wellness and performance platform focused on helping men rebuild structure, energy, and resilience. Our current platform provides digital pathways for nervous system regulation, lifestyle optimization, and personal development, but the website experience has become too complex as we have grown. We need a professional who can simplify and modernize our site, improving clarity, navigation, trust, onboarding, and conversion. The ideal candidate will have experience with customer psychology, mobile-first UX, conversion optimization, onboarding journeys, SaaS or app-style interfaces, and product ecosystems. Tasks will include redesigning key landing pages, enhancing customer flow to sign-up, improving mobile usability, creating a premium visual identity, and helping users easily find what they need. Experience with WordPress/WooCommerce and hybrid digital platforms is a plus. We are open to UX audits, wireframes, redesign concepts, full implementation, and potential ongoing collaboration. Please include examples of related UX or conversion-focused projects if available.
