Jr. Marketing Coordinator — Full Stack RevOps
📍 Remote | 🕐 ~60 hrs/month | 💰 $1,500/month to start

About Us:

Full Stack RevOps is a data infrastructure and RevOps consultancy helping businesses build the systems that power their growth — pipelines, dashboards, tracking, and BI. We’re growing our client base and we need someone to help us get there.

The Opportunity:

This role has a clear and intentional growth path. You’ll start by owning our marketing — building the assets, campaigns, and presence that attract new clients to Full Stack RevOps. As we land more clients and our project load grows, you’ll take on your own portfolio and your compensation scales with it — earning more per project as we grow together.

You’ll work directly with senior leadership, get real mentorship, and develop skills that actually transfer. This is a ground-floor opportunity with real upside for the right person.

What You’ll Own:

• Designing marketing graphics and visual assets (Graphics, videoone-pagers, pitch decks, email headers, banners, etc.)
• Supporting email campaigns with layout and visual production
• Writing copy for LinkedIn, the website, and outreach
• Driving efforts to attract and convert new clients for the business
• Occasional social posting when it adds value
• Tracking what’s working and iterating

What We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, design, or a related field (internships and freelance count)
• Comfortable with Canva at minimum — Adobe Suite a strong bonus
• Strong visual eye and attention to brand consistency
• Clear, confident written communication
• Someone curious, coachable, and motivated by results
• Bonus: familiarity with HubSpot, Mailchimp, or basic SEO

Compensation & Growth:

• $1,500/month for ~60 hours per month to start
• As projects increase, you’ll build your own client portfolio
• Monthly compensation increases per project as we scale — your growth is tied directly to ours
• Direct mentorship throughout
