Video shoot (social content) for CEO speaking at event, also for helicopter visual content [Urgent]

Videographer is needed in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

We are Michael Macfarlane Associates, collaborating with a CEO in the eVTOL, advanced air mobility industry. We are looking for a videographer in Rio de Janeiro to produce premium documentary-style short-form videos for use on LinkedIn and other social channels. The shoot will cover the CEO’s speaking panel at Web Summit Rio, operational activities, team shots, and optional helicopter visuals. The goal is to capture polished executive and operational footage for high-quality social media edits. We are interested in receiving quotations for different production scopes and pricing tiers, both with and without helicopter filming. The project must be delivered by 11 June 2026.
