Job Description

Dataiku is the Platform for AI Success, providing an enterprise orchestration layer for building, deploying, and governing AI. We empower organizations to run AI across multi-vendor environments with centralized governance, enhancing business performance.

As a Generative AI Engineer on the ED&A team, you will develop agentic AI systems that transform Dataiku’s internal operations. The role is hands-on, requiring close collaboration with the business to convert real-world problems into effective software solutions, from conception to production.

This position can be based in our New York office or remotely within the Eastern Time Zone.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Agentic AI Solution Development & Integration

Design and implement AI solutions leveraging Dataiku’s platform and integrate various LLM APIs.

Stakeholder Engagement & Delivery

Collaborate with the Marketing organization to gather requirements and develop solutions that address both stated and underlying issues.

Agent & Tool Development

Develop AI agents and tools using Dataiku’s capabilities and custom architectures.

AI Governance & Evaluation

Maintain evaluation frameworks and adhere to data governance and security requirements.

Web Application Development

Create user interfaces for AI applications using various web technologies, ensuring a good user experience.

Continuous Learning

Stay updated with the AI landscape and provide product feedback to improve the platform.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful

Technical Proficiency

Strong Python skills, experience with AI systems, web development fundamentals, and familiarity with relevant agent orchestration frameworks are required.

Soft Skills

Effective communication and collaboration skills, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to learn new tools are essential for success in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

The final compensation package will be determined during the interview process based on factors such as location, experience, and skill set. Dataiku offers comprehensive benefits, including stock options, health plans, 401k match, paid leave, and more.

Additional Information

US only national base pay ranges from $160,000 to $240,000 USD.
