We need someone who can improve the overall look, layout, structure, and professionalism of the site using a no-code or low-code platform such as WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, or a similar website builder. The goal is to create a clean, professional, easy-to-navigate website for a medical-legal practice that provides orthopedic independent medical examinations, record reviews, and related services.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project goals, target audiences, and brand guidelines for website refreshes.
- Utilize no-code platforms such as Webflow, Wix, or Squarespace to design, build, and update websites efficiently without traditional coding.
- Implement responsive web design principles to ensure optimal viewing experiences on desktops, tablets, and smartphones.
- Enhance website usability and accessibility by applying best practices in web accessibility standards (WCAG) and usability testing.
- Integrate multimedia elements including motion graphics, animations, and interactive features to create engaging user experiences.
- Optimize websites for search engines (SEO) by applying relevant strategies such as keyword integration, metadata management, and site structure improvements.
- Conduct website maintenance tasks including content updates, performance monitoring using analytics tools like Google Analytics 360 or Adobe Analytics, and troubleshooting issues promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital design with a strong portfolio showcasing website refresh projects using no-code tools.
- Solid understanding of interaction design, visual design principles, typography, layout design, and user experience (UX).
- Familiarity with web development concepts including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks like Bootstrap or Angular is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe XD, Figma or InVision for creating visual assets and wireframes.
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG), usability testing methods, and responsive web design best practices.
- Experience with content management systems like WordPress or Drupal is desirable for site updates and content management.
- Data analysis skills to interpret web analytics data for continuous improvement of website performance.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing, content creators, and developers.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
