Job Description

This is a remote position. The role involves leading all digital marketing initiatives to grow customer acquisition, expansion, and retention. You will own the full funnel from new customer acquisition through lifetime value optimization using CRM, paid media, and integrated digital strategies targeting healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital acquisition strategy across LinkedIn, email, paid advertising, and direct channels.
• Optimize customer acquisition funnel with focus on ROI, CAC, and conversion metrics.
• Design and manage CRM programs including segmentation, nurture workflows, and retention campaigns.
• Drive expansion revenue through upsell and cross-sell initiatives with existing customers.
• Reduce churn and maximize customer lifetime value through targeted retention programs.
• Build and manage digital marketing team; set KPIs and accountability.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years B2B SaaS digital marketing with 3+ years in director-level role.
• Proven track record driving CAC, LTV, churn, and expansion revenue metrics.
• Expert-level CRM and marketing automation experience.
• Hands-on proficiency with paid digital channels (LinkedIn, Google Ads, display, retargeting).
• Strong data analytics, SQL, BI tools, and A/B testing capabilities.
• Subscription business model and unit economics knowledge.
• Team building and mentoring skills.
