We are seeking a dynamic Jr. Social Media Content Creator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and assists the agency owner in producing captivating videos that resonate with diverse audiences. Duties

• Edit raw footage into polished videos optimized for social media platforms such as Instagram reels, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Incorporate motion graphics, typography, and visual effects using CapCut Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools to enhance video appeal.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop concepts and storyboards that align with campaign goals.
• Manage and organize media assets using Content Management Systems (CMS) for efficient workflow.
• Perform photo editing and manipulation using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Capture One, or Adobe Illustrator to support visual storytelling.
• Assist in filming and videography tasks when needed, ensuring high-quality footage capture at fashion shows, events, and client content such as skincare lines.
• Maintain consistency in branding and style across all video content while adhering to deadlines and project specifications.

Requirements

• Proven experience in video editing for social media or digital platforms with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
• Proficiency in CapCut and/or familiarity with Final Cut Pro is a plus.
• Knowledge of post-production techniques such as color correction, audio editing, and motion graphics creation.
• Experience with photography, videography, and basic filming equipment setup using an iPhone 16-17.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
• Strong understanding of content creation for clients such as skincare and lifestyle brands.
