Job Description

Outlier is committed to improving the intelligence & safety of AI models. Owned and operated by Scale AI, we recently partnered with experts to provide high-quality data for LLMs, believing that AI performance is contingent on the quality of training data. We work with global contributors to enhance AI models through expert human feedback, contributing to advancements for leading AI labs and large language model builders. We offer a best-in-class remote work platform for our freelance contributors, focusing on reliability, transparency, and flexibility.

We are seeking proficient programming experts to teach AI how to interpret and solve complex programming problems. Responsibilities include creating and answering computer science-related questions, reviewing and analyzing AI-generated code, and providing feedback to improve AI-generated responses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science from a selective institution.
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript, or C++.
  • Language Skills: Ability to explain complex programming concepts fluently/proficiently in both Spanish and English.
  • Writing Skills: Strong command of Spanish and English grammar, punctuation, and technical writing standards.
  • Preferred: 1+ years experience as Software Engineer/Back End Developer/Full Stack Developer.
