We’ve built a best-in-class remote work platform for our freelance contributors to provide valuable, specialized skills, and we strive to offer them a positive experience based on our core pillars of reliability, transparency, and flexibility.

What you will be doing includes teaching AI how to interpret and solve complex programming problems, creating and answering computer science-related questions to train AI models, reviewing and analyzing AI-generated code for accuracy and efficiency, and providing clear, constructive feedback to improve AI-generated responses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript, or C++.
• Language Skills: Ability to explain complex programming concepts fluently/proficiently in Spanish and English.
• Writing Skills: Strong command of Spanish and English grammar, punctuation, and technical writing standards.
• Preferred: 1+ years of experience as a Software Engineer/Back End Developer/Full Stack Developer.
