We are a small start-up event brand in London preparing to launch our first event dedicated to house music, focused on presence, privacy, human connection, and culture rather than hype or overexposure. We are seeking a content creator and social media specialist to join our team and help build our community and movement from the ground up. Your main responsibilities will be to shape social media strategy, drive creative direction, capture authentic content, and contribute to long-term audience growth. We value creativity, collaboration, reliability, and consistency, and are looking for someone who is invested in building something meaningful for the long term, not just a short-term output. This opportunity offers a base fee and a success fee linked to shared metrics, with the potential to grow alongside the brand.
