The ideal candidate should have experience with 2D animation, be able to create smooth and engaging visuals, and feel comfortable using real images, documents, locations, as well as simple animated reenactments. Good communication and reliable delivery are essential. The collaboration is long-term, and bonuses are available for exceptional quality and consistency. The project is managed by a YouTuber, and regular weekly deliveries are expected.
