Title: Audio Technician / Sound Engineer – Studio Sound System Troubleshooting
Description:
We are looking for an experienced audio technician or sound engineer to visit our boutique fitness studio and troubleshoot our existing sound system.
Scope of work:
Diagnose intermittent humming/buzzing and grounding issues
Test and verify speaker, mixer, and cable connections
Check signal routing and gain staging
Optimise and tidy existing wiring setup
Recommend and implement any minor rewiring required
Ensure reliable operation for daily studio classes
Current equipment:
Active PA speakers
Behringer mixer
Phone/AUX music source
Existing cabling already installed
This is not a full installation project. The system is largely operational, but we would like a professional to identify the root cause of recurring audio issues and leave us with a clean, reliable setup.
Requirements:
Experience with PA systems, mixers, active speakers, and commercial audio setups
Ability to troubleshoot grounding, hum, and signal issues
Own tools and testing equipment preferred
