We’re looking for a strong Social Media Manager who can build and scale social media channels from scratch for new DTC offers. This isn’t a maintenance role; you’ll be launching channels, testing content fast, and figuring out what works in real-time to scale those offers on multiple platforms.

You should be comfortable creating a high volume of content (with AI tools), spotting trends early, and turning organic social into a meaningful growth channel.

Requirements

What You’ll Do:

• Launch and grow social accounts for new products (TikTok, IG, Shorts, etc.)
• Create and publish content daily using AI and native platform tools (AI isn’t a buzzword here; it’s a necessity)
• Craft compelling content and build an audience organically to enhance the reputation for each offer and brand that is launched
• Track performance and quickly adjust based on what’s working

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of proven experience growing organic social accounts from zero to scale in DTC or performance-driven environments
• Strong instincts for short-form content and platform trends
• Previous experience leveraging AI to grow social media channels
• Hands-on experience with AI content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, CapCut, Runway, etc.)
• Comfortable working inside native platforms (TikTok, Meta, YouTube) and basic analytics tools
• Ability to produce content quickly without sacrificing quality or brand feel
• Fast-moving, experimental mindset with a clear understanding of what drives conversions, not just views

Nice to Have:

• Experience in DTC, eCommerce, or direct response marketing
• Familiarity with creator-style content or UGC workflows
• Experience working across international markets

Additional Information

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
