Filming requirements

• Location: Film at a McDonald’s restaurant in Dublin. Location should stay general/non-specific.

• Shots needed:

  • Outside the restaurant
  • Inside the restaurant
  • Focus on the competition football-themed Golden Arches sky sign for B-roll
  • Keep background non-specific so exact location isn’t identifiable

• Access: Restaurant team already informed/approved

Video content/script - first half of editorial messaging

• Capture footage that matches this messaging:
  • McDonald’s bringing football fever to Ireland ahead of FIFA World Cup 2026™
  • Dublin has 1 of 6 exclusive updated sky signs across Ireland + UK
  • Sign features football incorporated into Golden Arches
  • Competition running in Greater Dublin area: spot the sign, take photo/selfie with it, submit via competition page

  • CTA: “look up” next time you pass your local McDonald’s

Feeback on last creator so these are some do NOTs
I think we ​are showing a ​little too ​much ​of the restaurant background showing where ​the sign ​is ​- I think it needs ​to ​be ​a ​little more nondescript as ​we ​don’t want ​it ​to ​be too ​obvious ​where it ​is!
The creator ​/ ​presenter’s delivery ​is a ​bit ​intense/shouty to ​be honest, so I’d ​prefer that style ​to ​be ​scaled ​back a ​bit - sorry ​to ​be ​direct!
The ​sound quality ​overall isn’t ​great (I appreciate it’s ​a ​social reel).
I ​don’t think we ​necessarily need ​the food ​shots, ​especially because the ​Nuggets Meal ​doesn’t ​relate to ​the new World ​Cup Menu. I’d leave ​the food ​out of it ​on this occasion.
