Job Description

An urgent requirement for an Oracle Fusion Middleware Developer on a contract basis in Melbourne/Sydney. The role involves working within software development and operations environments, focusing on the design, build, and integration of middleware solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Information Technology as an Oracle Fusion Middleware Engineer.
• Proven experience designing and building Java/J2EE frameworks, Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle WebLogic Server, and Oracle Database 11g/12c.
• Strong experience with development tools such as Jenkins, GitHub/Perforce, Eclipse, Artifactory, Ant, and Gradle.
• Expert understanding and experience in Agile methodologies, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), and DevSecOps.
• Demonstrated ability to define and drive complex initiatives/projects while balancing time to market, usability, and managing technical debt.
• Experience in writing code for large-scale production environments.
• Self-motivated with a track record of learning new technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a creative problem-solving ability.
• Technical skills capable of engaging with senior engineers and solution architects to contribute to technical plans and designs.
• Proven experience in the integration of software components and Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software within complex projects.
• Very good communication skills.

Duration: 6 months with the possibility of extension.
