Job Description

CBOSIT Technologies is looking for a Zoho Implementation Specialist to join our team of Business Consultants. We seek a skilled and innovative candidate with expertise in process re-engineering and the latest technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and be an innovative thinker.

As part of our agile and customer-focused team, you will act as the bridge between business needs and Zoho solutions. Your responsibilities will include analyzing client workflows, identifying improvement opportunities, and tailoring Zoho solutions for optimal efficiency. You will lead the implementation process from design and development to testing and deployment, ensuring a smooth transition. Additionally, as a trusted advisor, you will guide clients through each step, providing communication, training, and ongoing support. Your innovation will be key in creating custom workflows, reports, and automations while effectively collaborating within our fast-paced environment.

Requirements

You’re a perfect fit if you have been practicing the following skills between 1-3 years:

• Communication magic: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to engage clients and explain complex concepts clearly.
• Process prowess: Ability to analyze, re-engineer, and optimize business workflows.
• Problem-solving superpower: A knack for identifying and resolving roadblocks, delivering effective solutions.
• Agile mindset: Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Zoho expertise: Deep understanding of Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho People, and other core applications.
• Technical chops: Experience with data migration, integrations, and customization.
• Team player spirit: Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment.

Tech Prowess Required:

• A Zoho whiz: Implementing, customizing, and managing CRM, Desk, Books, People, Creator, and more.
• A scripting master: Writing custom Deluge functions and using JavaScript with ease.
• An automation architect: Creating flowcharts using tools like Miro, Draw.io, LucidChart.
• A problem-solver extraordinaire: Fixing bugs, navigating APIs, and resolving any Zoho hurdle.
