The responsibilities of the role include:

• Analyzing client workflows and identifying improvement opportunities while tailoring Zoho solutions for optimal efficiency.
• Leading the complete Zoho implementation lifecycle from design and development to testing and deployment.
• Providing clear communication, expert training, and ongoing support to clients to maximize their Zoho experience.
• Crafting custom workflows, reports, and automations for enhanced client solutions.
• Collaborating in a fast-paced environment utilizing Scrum methodologies to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Requirements

You are a perfect fit for this role if you have 4-8 years of relevant experience and possess the following skills:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities to engage clients and explain complex concepts clearly.
• Experience leading the entire Zoho implementation lifecycle, from needs analysis to training and beyond.
• Ability to design personalized configurations and automations to optimize client workflows.
• Project management skills ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
• Experience in mentoring and developing teams to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Capability to cultivate trust and understanding with clients, becoming their trusted Zoho advisor.
• A deep understanding of Zoho products and a passion for continuous learning in the tech landscape.

Tech Prowess Required:

• Expertise in implementing, customizing, and managing Zoho products such as CRM, Desk, Books, People, and Creator.
• Strong scripting skills, particularly in writing custom Deluge functions and using JavaScript efficiently.
• Proficiency in creating flowcharts using tools like Miro, Draw.io, and LucidChart.
• Problem-solving abilities to fix bugs, navigate APIs, and resolve any Zoho-related challenges.
