Foster Digital Media is an established digital marketing/production company managing marketing initiatives for retail brands and other client accounts. We are looking for a creative and organized Freelance Digital Marketing Specialist to help execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative content development and performance marketing, with experience managing social media, online advertising, and digital communications.

Responsibilities

• Create and schedule social media content across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, and others
• Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google platforms and social media channels
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize advertising strategies
• Assist with email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp
• Create graphics and marketing materials using Adobe Creative Cloud tools
• Collaborate on content calendars and campaign planning
• Track analytics and provide reporting on campaign performance
• Stay current with social media trends and platform updates

Requirements

• Experience managing social media accounts for businesses
• Experience with Google Ads and digital advertising platforms
• Familiarity with Meta advertising tools and social advertising strategies
• Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud platforms
• Experience with Hootsuite or social media scheduling platforms
• Experience with Mailchimp
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Must have access to the equipment and technical knowledge necessary to work effectively within an Apple-based environment
• Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and the ability to leverage AI to improve content creation, campaign performance, workflow efficiency, and reporting

Bonus Qualifications

• Photography industry knowledge is highly valued
• Experience working with retail or e-commerce businesses
• Experience creating photo or video content for social media

Job Type

This is an independent contractor (1099) freelance position, not an employee role. The selected candidate will work with Foster Digital Media on an ongoing project basis supporting client accounts.

Availability Expectations

Approximately 10 to 20+ hours per week depending on client workload. Flexible schedule with agreed-upon deadlines. Ability to work independently while maintaining communication with our team.
