Job Description

We are looking for a talented freelance designer with a passion for designing amazing websites and web/mobile applications. Simplistics is a people-centric web agency focused on building great web and mobile experiences. You will be working on a variety of projects, with a workload of roughly 20 hours per month, although some months may be busier.

Requirements

• Associates degree in Graphic Arts, Graphic Design, UX, Marketing, Communications, or related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, Web Design, or related areas
• A strong understanding of design and prototyping applications (Figma, XD, Sketch, Illustrator)
• An understanding of web accessibility
• Strong knowledge of how the web works
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS (coding not required)
• Strong verbal/written communication skills
• A strong passion for web design and user experience
• A willingness to collaborate with our team and clients
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

Your Responsibilities

• Planning user experience flows
• Creating wireframes
• Designing websites/applications/graphics
