Job Description

AgileEngine is seeking a Lead Product Designer to take ownership of product design strategy end to end for a B2B SaaS platform. The role involves developing a deep understanding of the product, its users, and business opportunities while collaborating closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders. Candidates will build and maintain production-ready sites using Framer and integrate various AI tools into the design workflow.

Requirements

Must Haves

• 9+ years of UX/Product Design experience, including at least 2 years in a Lead or Principal capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to own product design strategy, not just execute predefined requirements.
• Strong portfolio showcasing product thinking, problem-solving, and visual design quality.
• Hands-on experience building with Framer (sites, CMS, interactions).
• Fluency with AI content generation tools integrated into a real design workflow.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate incomplete or ambiguous briefs.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Nice to Haves

• Background in MarTech, CRM, marketing automation, or B2B SaaS.
• Experience in travel, hospitality, or booking platforms.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems at scale.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and extend Framer capabilities.
