This is a remote position. Responsibilities include:
- Designing and executing marketing strategies aligned with corporate objectives focused on the customer lifecycle in B2B markets, optimizing messaging according to specific profiles and needs.
- Creating and optimizing Inbound marketing strategies to attract and nurture leads using content and marketing automation.
- Experimenting with innovative techniques to maximize lead generation; web scraping, webinars, strategic alliances, referral programs, and industry events to identify potential prospects and develop business opportunities.
- Optimizing the performance of organic campaigns and accelerated A/B testing results.
- Implementing ABM campaigns targeted at key accounts to ensure alignment with sales and follow-up on specific KPIs.
- Implementing social selling techniques to strengthen relationships with potential clients and improve conversion rates through social media interactions.
- Designing, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns on social media platforms and search engines (LinkedIn, Meta, Google).
- Defining and developing attractive and differentiating value propositions that connect with the needs of the target client.
- Leading the development of key graphic concepts that visually represent the campaign strategy, aligned with marketing and sales objectives.
- Conducting detailed analyses of the competitive landscape, including market size (TAM) and actionable market segmentation (SOM and SAM), to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of prior experience in B2B marketing and lead generation in the technology or services industry.
- Analytical, communication, innovative and creative thinking skills.
- Advanced knowledge in content generation strategies and automation.
- Advanced knowledge in social media advertising platforms, including LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads Manager.
- Advanced experience in SEM platforms, especially Google Ads.
- Experience in creating and executing ABM campaigns.
- Deep knowledge of SEO practices.
- Advanced knowledge in market and competitive analysis, with the ability to create detailed reports and strategic recommendations.
