Job Description

We are seeking web development specialists to contribute to the evolution of large-scale language models, transforming AI from simple chatbots to robust tools for design support, web development, and intelligent automation. As a Web Development Specialist – AI Trainer, you will utilize your expertise in modern UI/UX design, responsive layouts, accessibility, and component architecture to enhance AI capabilities.

In this role, you will engage with advanced language models on various web development challenges, focusing on topics like semantic HTML, modular CSS, and performance optimization. You will document failures, verify accuracy, and suggest improvements in prompt engineering and evaluation metrics to enhance model reasoning.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in web development, computer science, digital design, or a related field. A portfolio demonstrating production-grade React/Next.js projects and design handoff experience is essential, along with clear communication skills showcasing metacognitive processes. Knowledge of accessibility best practices and a solid understanding of client-server interactions, dynamic routing, and cross-browser compatibility are crucial.

Additional Information

This is a contract position with a remote work option, aimed at individuals with a mid-senior level of experience. The pay range is $8 to $65 per hour, contingent on experience, expertise, and geographic location. Please note that as a contractor, you are required to provide your own secure computer and high-speed internet; company-sponsored benefits, including health insurance and PTO, are not applicable.
