Job Description

Marcus McNeal Management LLC is seeking a motivated and creative Digital Content Creator to assist with content creation, social media management, photography, videography, and digital marketing efforts. This is an Independent Contractor (1099) position designed for a self-motivated professional who can work independently while helping document and promote business activities, entrepreneurship, and brand development initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have experience creating engaging content for social media platforms and be comfortable capturing, editing, and publishing content that supports business growth and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit content for social media platforms
• Record and edit short-form videos
• Capture photos and video footage for marketing purposes
• Assist with content planning and scheduling
• Publish content across multiple social media platforms
• Organize digital media assets and files
• Assist with branding and marketing initiatives
• Monitor content performance and engagement metrics
• Attend occasional local events, meetings, and business activities for content capture

Qualifications

• Experience creating content for social media platforms
• Basic video editing experience
• Familiarity with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, or similar software
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail

• Portfolio of previous content work

Compensation

• Pay: $15.00 per hour
• Independent Contractor (1099) position
• Flexible schedule based on project needs and agreed-upon deliverables
