The App Developer designs, builds, and maintains software applications for mobile devices or desktop platforms. Their responsibilities include writing scalable code, collaborating with designers to craft user interfaces, and troubleshooting bugs to ensure high performance while managing the entire software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Lifecycle: Design, develop, test, and deploy functional applications across platforms (iOS, Android, or cross-platform).
• Collaboration: Partner with UI/UX designers, project managers, and product teams to translate business requirements into technical features.
• Optimization & Security: Optimize application performance, scalability, and speed while ensuring compliance with data protection best practices.
• Troubleshooting: Continuously debug, test, and resolve app-related issues to ensure a smooth, bug-free user experience.
• Maintenance: Monitor app store guidelines and release regular updates with new features and performance improvements.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in platform-specific languages (e.g., Swift for iOS, Java/Kotlin for Android) or cross-platform frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter).
• Development Tools: Experience with integrated development environments (IDEs) like Xcode and Android Studio.
• Core Concepts: Understanding of RESTful APIs, database management, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking and complex problem-solving skills; excellent communication and teamwork abilities; ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
