Job Description

This is a remote position. We are looking for a creative and self-driven Digital Marketing & Content Specialist (part-time) to manage our online presence and build brand awareness across social media channels. The ideal candidate should have experience in content creation, LinkedIn management, blog writing, and social media marketing.

Requirements

Social Media Management

• Plan, create, and schedule social media content across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Develop engaging posts, carousels, and content calendars.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow the brand’s online presence.

LinkedIn Marketing

• Create and publish LinkedIn posts for the company and leadership team.
• Build thought leadership content and employer branding campaigns.
• Track post performance and recommend content improvements.

Marketing Support

• Assist with campaign planning and execution.
• Coordinate with designers and stakeholders for content requirements.
• Track key marketing metrics and prepare performance reports.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content marketing.
• Strong content writing and copywriting skills.
• Experience managing LinkedIn company pages and personal branding content.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and content marketing.
• Familiarity with Canva, ChatGPT, social media scheduling tools, and analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
