Bespoke lamp shades
We are retired couple based in Toronto looking for help creating a bespoke gift for our daughter. Using a photo of a lamp as inspiration, I have made some rough sketches of 8 to 10 items related to our daughter’s favourite places. I need an artist to turn these into high quality, colourful sketches, then digitize them so they can be printed on Japanese paper. The final prints will be crafted into a lampshade (trapezoid shape, 4” at the top, 7” at the bottom, 6” tall). I’m providing a template for the shade, and will supply the Japanese paper. The items are simple, such as sign posts, a place, a boat, or a palm tree. The deliverable will be digitized sketches, fitted to the template, and rights to use on three lamp shades. We are willing to meet up to an hour from downtown Toronto if meeting in-person is needed.
