Job Description

Belleau Media is seeking a personable, detail-oriented Videographer/Photographer to capture high-quality visual content for real estate listings and marketing campaigns. This role focuses on on-site content capture and client-facing professionalism, with all post-production handled internally. This is a part-time position with approximately 10-20 hours per week, but with the flexibility to grow based on experience and business needs. No equipment is required.

We prioritize personality, professionalism, and coachability over years of experience. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, eager to learn, has a strong eye for visual composition, and is committed to delivering a premium client experience.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Interest or experience in photography and/or videography; real estate or lifestyle content is an asset but not required.
• Coachable, professional, and detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic familiarity with camera operation, composition, and lighting (training provided).
• Drone certification (Transport Canada) training will be provided.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to attend on-site shoots.

Additional Information

Compensation

• $25/hour during training and internal work.
• Once independently shooting, compensation transitions to a per-assignment model.
• Based on efficiency and skill level, shooters typically earn the equivalent of $30–$45/hour or more during active production.

Working Conditions

• On-site shoots at residential and commercial properties.
• Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends based on client schedules.
• Physical requirements include carrying equipment and standing for extended periods.
