This position is for students or mature students looking to gain experience to build their portfolio, specifically those who are straight out of college/university. It is an internship position only, with immediate start.

The role of a personal assistant for a small business entails closely working with the brand in the beauty industry, specifically hair and wig extensions. The perfect candidate is professional, reliable, and familiar with this industry. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the marketing field, which is set to grow in the upcoming years.

Requirements for the Role

Responsibilities include:

• Creating marketing emails and growing social media platforms (Facebook and others).
• Must have experience in marketing.
• Familiarity with Photoshop or Canva, CapCut, and Instagram editing.
• Ability to make flyers and create eye-catching captions for posts on Instagram.
• Familiarity with marketing on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Knowledge of Shopify website, product descriptions, and more.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends.
• Keeping a budgeting sheet and maintaining finance records.
• Designing email campaigns and business plans.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN:

• Creating marketing emails.
• Sales funnels, promotions, and ads.
• Adapting quickly and learning fast.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour.
