C3 Real Estate is seeking a part-time Content Creator and Brand Storyteller based in or around Santa Monica, CA. The role involves producing modern, authentic short-form content that highlights C3 Real Estate’s brand, focusing on storytelling, aesthetics, and emotional connection. You will film and edit reels for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts, capture lifestyle and office moments, and create engaging captions and carousel posts. This is not a generic social media manager position; the work aims to feel cinematic, premium, and human, avoiding standard real estate marketing approaches. The ideal candidate is creative, reliable, experienced with short-form video editing tools, and has an interest in entrepreneurship, lifestyle, design, or real estate. The initial engagement is freelance or part-time, with one content shoot per week or every other week and monthly batches of edited content. There is the potential to take on a larger role over time.
Budget range:
$1,500–$2,000 per month, depending on experience and monthly deliverables.
