Job Description

We are looking for a Social Media Annotation specialist to assist in shaping the future of AI. In this role, you will review videos, posts, and other media from social media networks, assessing whether certain criteria are met. Additionally, you will evaluate model outputs across various categories to determine if they meet specified criteria.

Your daily tasks will involve conversing with the model on language scenarios, verifying factual accuracy and logical soundness, capturing reproducible error traces, and suggesting improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

Requirements

No formal degree or educational background is required. We prioritize native-level fluency, a deep practical understanding of social media trends, and the ability to recognize cultural nuances. Experience in content moderation, digital media analysis, or community-based projects is advantageous. Clear, metacognitive communication skills—essentially “showing your work”—are required.

Additional Information

We offer a pay range of $16 to $28 per hour, determined by your experience, expertise, and geographic location. Please note that final offer amounts may vary from the listed pay range. As a contractor, you will need to provide a secure computer and high-speed internet; company-sponsored benefits such as health insurance and PTO do not apply.
