Job Description

We are a high-end aesthetic medical practice seeking a talented PowerPoint presentation designer to help create an exceptional, high-impact medical conference presentation. The presentation will focus on resurfacing lasers and darker skin tones, discussing advanced aesthetic technologies such as BBL HEROic and MOXI. We are looking for someone who can take complex educational and clinical content and turn it into a polished, visually compelling, and professional presentation.

This role is ideal for someone with strong presentation design skills, experience creating educational or medical content, and comfort using AI tools to enhance visuals, graphics, organization, and storytelling. The final presentation should feel elevated, modern, clear, and appropriate for a medical conference audience.

Requirements

• Strong PowerPoint or Keynote design experience
• Experience creating educational, medical, scientific, or conference presentations
• Comfortable using AI tools for presentation design, image concepts, graphics, or content support
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and slide flow
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to make complex information feel clear and engaging
• Experience in aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, lasers, skincare, or medical education is strongly preferred
• Ability to create presentations that look polished and custom, not generic or templated
• Reliable, communicative, and able to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Design a professional PowerPoint presentation for a medical conference
• Organize educational content into a clear, engaging visual flow
• Create clean, high-impact slides with strong design and readability
• Use AI tools when appropriate to support visuals, layouts, graphics, and educational concepts
• Translate medical/aesthetic topics into polished, easy-to-understand slides
• Incorporate content related to lasers, skin of color, BBL HEROic, MOXI, and aesthetic medicine
• Ensure the presentation feels elevated, clinical, modern, and visually refined
• Collaborate with the provider/team to revise and refine the presentation
• Maintain a professional, luxury aesthetic consistent with a high-end medical practice
