Job Description

Creative Edge Media is a Denver-based real estate media company that specializes in photography, cinematic video, drone aerials, and 3D virtual tours for prestigious clients in Colorado, including LIV Sotheby’s, Compass, Keller Williams, Engel & Volkers, RE/MAX, and others. Our work has been recognized by publications such as Robb Report and the New York Times. We are seeking motivated individuals with a passion for photography and video, who can build rapport with clients and follow our workflow and brand standards.

Requirements

• Warm, professional demeanor and confidence in client environments.
• Genuine passion for photography and video with relevant shooting experience.
• Background in service or client-care fields, such as hospitality, sales, or design.
• Reliable transportation within the Denver metro area.

Required Gear

• A full frame camera with a 16-35mm f/4 or better lens, OR a cropped sensor camera with a 12-24mm f/4 or better lens, capable of uncropped 4K at 60fps.
• A tripod.
• A drone (e.g., DJI Mini 4 Pro, Air 3S, Mavic 3 Pro, or better) with solid flight skills, to be acquired prior to the first shoot.
• FAA Part 107 drone license is required, with support provided for obtaining it.
• A gimbal.

Schedule & Pay

• A minimum availability of three days per week, including evenings for twilight sessions.
• Average of two shoots per day during peak season.
• Pay is per shoot, clearly defined by service type.
• Off-peak work opportunities available, prioritizing loyal and skilled team members.

Additional Information

Pay: $75.00 - $100.00 per hour.
