Job Description
Of the Earth Collective is a community pottery studio located in SODO Seattle. We are a woman-owned business with an all-women team seeking a skilled individual to manage our paid advertising campaigns. The primary goal will be to fill our summer sessions from June through August, working approximately 10 hours a week. Compensation will be a flat rate plus a separate ad spend budget, with possibilities for continued work depending on performance.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
- Experience in running paid search and social campaigns with proven results.
- Experience with Google Ads and possibly Meta campaigns.
- The ability to accommodate a Monday check-in and track weekly enrollment, adjusting strategies based on effectiveness.
- Experience working with small businesses or studios is a bonus.
This position is not suited for someone who is still learning the ropes in the field of paid advertising.
Compensation
Pay ranges from $50.00 to $75.00 per hour.
