I own a one bedroom, one and a half bath condominium in North Miami that we are renting out. I need architectural plans prepared from already completed drawings, which are required to obtain a building permit. These plans must be signed and sealed by a licensed architect who is qualified to provide approval by the building department. The work can be handled in a hybrid way, but applicants must have a current license in Florida and be able to deliver the necessary stamped documents as soon as possible.
