We are a not-for-profit company, Sibling Divergence, that distributes literature aimed at neuroaffirming families and teachers. We are seeking a mentor experienced in picture book illustration, specifically in character design, formatting, and literary awards, to guide us. Our project involves designing neurodiverse insects (a cicada, dung beetle, locust, and a silk worm), an electric blue worm, as well as a dump truck and a sports car for a second series. We are open to candidates working fully remote and would appreciate guidance on defining the scope and estimating the timeline.
