We are a startup looking for a digital marketer to join us as our founding marketing hire. This project will start from a blank slate, requiring you to build the entire marketing stack and establish our compliance processes. Your first 30 days will focus on laying the foundation and ensuring compliance. In the following 30 days, you’ll create and test campaigns, preparing for a soft launch and making the first marketing investments post-compliance. By the end of 90 days, we expect you to have developed a scalable paid-acquisition engine with trackable cost-per-lead metrics. We are ready to make a paid hire for a long-term, fully remote role.
