Job Description

Atèpá Media is a premier event photography and videography brand specializing in weddings, corporate events, and social celebrations across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania. We combine creative vision, professional equipment, and a client-first approach to capture meaningful moments with precision and artistry. We are seeking reliable and motivated Photo & Video Assistants / Associate Shooters to support and capture events under the Atèpá Media brand. Experience is welcomed, but we value professionalism and dedication to high-quality work. Training is available for the right individuals.

Responsibilities

• Assist with photography and videography coverage at weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings.
• Capture high-quality photo and/or video content.
• Help with gear setup, lighting, and event production support.
• Follow creative direction and shoot in the Atèpá Media style.
• Work professionally with clients, guests, and team members.
• Deliver a positive, professional, and client-focused experience throughout each event.
• Contribute to a smooth and positive event experience.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must own and be comfortable operating a camera suitable for professional photo or video work.
• Strong communication and professionalism.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and event-based schedules.
• Team-oriented, dependable, dedicated, and detail-oriented.
• Photography or videography experience is a plus, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and grow within our creative process.

Compensation

Pay: $30.00 - $80.00 per hour
