Job Description

Nova Systems is a Connecticut-based technology and marketing company serving local businesses in Waterbury and surrounding areas. We build websites, run social media, and create content for restaurants, barbershops, and local businesses. We are looking for a freelance videographer and content creator to join our team. You will film and edit short-form video content for our clients — barbershops, restaurants, and local businesses in Waterbury CT.

What you will do:

• Film at client locations in Waterbury CT
• Edit short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Create Reels, food shots, before/after cuts, and promotional content
• Post content on client social media accounts

Requirements

• Must own your own camera or smartphone capable of 1080p video
• Must have video editing experience (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
• Must be reliable and available weekdays and weekends
• Portfolio or examples of previous work required
• Drone experience is a big plus — drone operators are highly valued

Additional Information

Pay: $15-25/hour based on experience. Flexible hours. Per project work available.

Work Location: In person.
